| Abstract PLDs and standard cell ASICs are part of the logic market, a market that constitutes 29 percent of the semiconductor market. Also included are standard logic components, including general purpose devices, PLDs and standard cell ASICs, the displays components segment. Standard cell ASIC revenue constitutes 60 percent of worldwide revenue for this product family, but this market is growing much slower than PLDs and FPGAs. Revenue for PLDs, both complex and simple structures, constitute 19 percent of the market and FPGAs constitute 22 percent.
